vege curry

okra (lady finger)


crush 4 cloves of garlic and one onion.
Heat the cooking oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion together with turmeric powder and chili powder for 2 or 3 minutes. Add tomato and pyin taw thein leaves, cook for 4 minutes.
Add vegetables together with salt.
When vege is cooked, add tamarind with water and garam masala, and cook.


Ready to serve.
