coconut noodle


chop the chicken

bean powder (kacang powder ) mixed with water.
Boiled the water in a big pot first. and then add this bean and water mixture.
Stir and cook until the smell of bean disappears. Crush onion, garlic and ginger.
Heat the oil in a pan and cook onion, garlic, ginger together with turmeric powder, chili powder and salt. When it is cooked, add the chicken and cook.
Add that chicken curry in the bean water mixture pot. Add sugar and coconut cream.
Cook well to get the soup.

dried noodle. deep fry in hot oil to get this crispy thinngs.
