fish (French style)

Today , I cooked fish for lunch.

1. Wash the fish with water . Wipe out gut area with absorbent paper.

2. Score the thickest part of the fish wih some diagonal slashes. Turn fish over and slash other side.
Place lemon slices, onion slices and 2 garlic cloves (crushed) into the cavity.

3. Chop 8 tomatoes, crush 3 garlic cloves, chop 1 onion.

4. Heat 2 spoons of olive oil in a pan, add crushed garlic, chopped onion and cook.
When the onion browns, stir in 2 spoons of sugar, chopped tomatoes, one lemon juice, a cup of white wine and a small amount of salt. Cook until the sauce is thicker.

5. Rub outside of fish with olive oil and place in backing dish.
Pour sauce over the fish.

6. Bake for 20 minutes with 200 degree celcius.

7. Ready to serve. :)
Enjoy!
