lunch for Mommy

I woke up early this morning (round about 4:30 am) .

I tried to study some lessons and I had to go to Uni.

Today , my students sat for Mid-semester Test and so I went to Uni at 8:00 am.

At 9:00 am , I invigilated together with my colleague.

After that I got back home and I went to the kitchen straight away.

Rice was already cooked by Mommy and so I cooked some curries;

prawns, Chin-Paung & bamboo shoot, Nga-Pi-Yay (fish paste) and some vegetables ( Da-Nyin-Thiee) which is called Smell Nuts.

When the lunch was ready, mommy had it and she said " nice".

Thanks , Mommy!

She likes Na Pi Yay and Da Nyin Thiee.

After lunch, I have been busy with marking the answer booklets.

oops!! I haven't done it.

My Daddy sent this photo from Texas.

He visited Rain Forest in Texas last weekend and took this photo.

Crocodile is so big and cute.

It does not look like a wild animal.

What are they doing?

They are my students, I took that photo while they were answering the quizzes.

My questions seem a bit hard. :D

They were not sitting in the chair. They were sitting on the floor although I told them to sit in the chair. ( a bit naughty)

But they replied "never mind lah" , "we are quite tall and we can reach the table".

Actually that class room is not ours. That is Media class room, but we used it for the Quizzes competition.

No Money No Talk!

Last week, my students participated Debate Competition.

The topics were

1. Internet should be censored to protect citizens.

2. All countries should be entitled to Nuclear technology.

3. Calculators produce lazy individuals.

I was one of the judges there. My students were amazing, Proposition Groups and Opposition Groups were too good.

I knew they could do well, because they are talkative . And they love to argue.

They make me laugh and they are always noisy.

I have to talk to them all the time in class.

Normally I am not talkative, I am so quiet at home and I am quiet among my friends.

I am a listener rather than a speaker.

But the nature of my job makes me talk during working hours.

So I talk, talk in the classroom, but at home I am quiet.

Some of my friends asked me if I am proud of myself, because I am not talking .

So I replied them " No Money No Talk".

lol

just kidding!

I love to read and write. When I want to talk, I write down and send it to the editors of magazines. Yea..It is true. No Money No Talk.

This little pink "Pon Na Yeik" is just nearby School of Engineering and Science building in our Uni campus.

my Lunch

I have been busy .
Going around, walking in hurry , upstairs, downstairs, lab, exhibition, quiz competition , and water rocket launching.
No time to fetch up some food, so I missed my breakfast.
This is my lunch, very fast food , "Sushi". I had it in the exhibition room.
I didn't know what it tasted, but my stomach was full for a while.

I have been busy with question papers for Mid-term test , my students' launching water rockets , Quiz competition, Science Exhibition and Students' Debate.
Not only me, but also my students are busy. But we are happy.
ahh...one of my colleagues read my blog and she said my writing is funny and childish.
lol..I am not mature enough at my age.

My writing on this blog is a bit different from my writing at work.
Sometimes I feel like it is good to be childish.

Last 3 weeks ago ,Uncle U Phoe Wa Maung phoned me and we talked. Uncle asked me what I am writing in the meantime. I replied him that I could not write anything at the moment for keeping busy.
He told me keeping busy is good.
I was confused with his words "Keeping busy is good."
But now I understood Uncle's words .
Yes .

I am not a good daughter at all. When my mommy admonish me, I don't want to listen sometimes. And I think Old people are exaggerating.
But Old people's words are coming true later and so I think Old People are right.
Now I have decided to listen to Old Generation.
