mushroom & watercrest

Onion & garlic

water crest

Put 2 spoons of oil in a pan and heat the pan. Cook onion and garlic.
Put mushroom and add a little bit of salt.
When the mushroom is half cooked, add watercrest and chilli.
Add a little bit of salt, and cook 2 or 3 minutes.
Ready to serve.
