steam fish

Clean the fish and cut it into 2 pieces and mix with salt and light soy sauce.

Slice the giner root , crush 4 cloves of garlic, crush 4 chili, chop corriendar, chop half onion and cover the fish with those ingrediants. Add one spoon of lemon juice or lime juice and one cup (chinese tea cup) of water.

And steam in a steel pot for 20 to 30 minutes.






Ready to serve.
