My lips like only one brand "Maybelline" No.12 , Brandy Rum colour.
But my friend "Regina" introduced me this lip gloss.
She gave me this lip gloss to try on my lips.
She got it as sample when she bought Lancome a lot at Parkson.
Cool.
I tried and no allergies at all.
And I look hot. Don't I ?

The Art of Taking Time to Live

To get the most of life we must take time to live as well as to make a living.
We must practice the art of filling our moments with enriching experiences that will give new meaning and depth to our lives.
We should take time for good books; time to absorb the thoughts of poets and philosophers, seers and prophets.
Time for music that washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.
Time for friendship; time for talks by fire and walks beneath the stars.
Time for children that we many find again the Kingdom of Heaven within our hearts.
Time for laughter: time for letting go and filling the heart with mirth.
Time for travel; time for pilgrimage and festival. for shrine and exhibit, for rockbound coast and desert, mountain and plain.
Time for nature; time for flower gardens, trees, birds and sunsets.
Time to love and be loved, for love is the greatest thing in the world.
Time for people; time for the interplay of personalities and the interchange of ideas.
Time for solitude; time to be quiet and alone and to look within.
Time to give of ourselves, our talents, abilities, devotions, convictions that we may contribute to the onward march of man.
In all ways let us make our moments glow with life. Let us pray as did Matthew Arnold: “ Calm, calm me more, nor let me die, before I have begun to live.”

The Art of Marriage

Happiness in marriage is not something that just happens. A good marriage must be created. In the art of marriage the little things are the big things…

It is never being too old to hold hands.

It is remembering to say. “I love you”, at least once each day.

It is never going to sleep angry.

It is at no time with the honeymoon, it should continue through all the years.

It is having a mutual sense of values and common objectives: it is standing together facing the world.

It is forming a circle of love that gathers in the whole family.

It is doing things for each other, not in the attitude of duty or sacrifice, but in the spirit of joy.

It is speaking words of appreciation and demonstrating gratitude in thoughtful ways.

It is not expecting the husband to wear a halo or the wife to have wings of an angel. It is not looking for perfection in each other. It is cultivating flexibility, patience, understanding and a sense of humor.

It is having the capacity to forgive and forget.

It is giving each other an atmosphere in which each can grow.

It is finding the room for the things of the sprit. It is a common search for the good and the beautiful.

It is establishing a relationship a counseled by Louis K. Anspacher, in which “the independence is equal, the dependence is mutual and obligation is reciprocal.”

It is not only marrying the right partner, it is being the right partner.

It is discovering what marriage can be, at its best, as expressed in the words Mark Twain used in a tribute to his wife; “Wherever she was, there was Eden.”

We, Myanmar people call it "Pe` Chan Kyaw Thoat" (lablab bean salad).

The Art of Renewal

Your birthday is the beginning of your own personal new year.

Your first birthday was a beginning, and each new birthday is
a chance to begin again, to start over, to take a new grip on life…

It is time to consider the wisdom of Socrates:
“The unexamined life is not worth living.” It is a time to reevaluate
your past as a guide to your future.

It is a time to toss old hatreds, resentments, grudges and fears into
the wastebasket of life: a time to forgive and forget.

It is a time to list the things you have left undone and to do something
about them; the visits you have failed to make, the words unspoken,
the letters unwritten, the task unfinished.

It is a time to dust off your dreams and shine up your ideas.

It is a time to browse through the precious old books that have meant
the most to you that you may discover illumination phrases and sentences
to light your pathway into the future.

It is a time to rededicate your life to those things which are enduring,
recognizing with William James that “ the great use of life is to spend it on something that will outlasts it.”

It is a time to resolve to add life to your years, for as Phillip James Bailey points out.
“he most lives who thinks most, feels the noblest, acts the best.”

jade from my country

Jade from my country is famous among chinese people in the world.
When I went back to Myanmar, I bought some jades for my chinese friends here as souvenir from Myanmar.
When they got jade, they were very happy and wear it all the time.
They like green coloured, but for me, I like colourful jade.
When I was in Myamar, I did not wear jade.
But now in Miri, my friends like to wear and I wear it so often.
The pictures above are the jade left with me after giving away others to my friends.
