Shan Noodle

This is called "Shan Noodle" in Myanmar.
I cooked it for breakfast this morning.

Chicken soup and Kiew Tiew
bean sprouts
pickled mustard (chopped)
fried chili powder

It is a bit hot because of chili.
:)

recipe

long bean salad

boiled long bean, sesame, cooked oil ( 2 teaspoons), fried onion, lemon juice, salt, bird chili.

banana bud salad

Boil the banana bud.
Chop into pieces as you like.
Crush garlic and fried it in a pan together with turmeric powder.
Place banana bud in a bowl, add salt, fried garlic, sesame seeds, chopped chili and lemon juice.
And mix all well.
Yummy..enjoy.
That is vegetarian food.
